Deposit & Payments

Once you have submitted our "Check Availability" form, I will get back to you to confirm the availability, your event details, and go over an initial estimate of the cost to service your event.  An invoice for ​​​50% deposit will be sent via Square to secure your spot.  The remaining balance must be paid in full 30 days prior to your event date.

Once paid in full, we will go through your beverage choices, any add-ons you'd like, and the contract.  If you opt to pay for the entire reservation at the time of booking, we offer a 10% discount. 

We charge a 3% transaction fee for online payments.

Home base is located in the Eugene/Springfield area, with a 50 mile radius of free travel.  

Travel fees apply for venues outside the 50 mile radius at a flat rate of $2.00 per mile.
